Standing alone on stage or in front of a camera can feel intimidating. It's just you, the audience, and the words. In this workshop, Karla Dingle helps performers build the confidence to trust themselves and stay connected in the moment.
Through a combination of scripted and unscripted work, you'll explore emotional honesty, active listening, presence, and what it means to truly communicate rather than perform. The goal isn't to be perfect—it's to be real. When you stop worrying about getting it right and start trusting what you're thinking, feeling, and experiencing, your work becomes more engaging and more human.
Whether you're preparing for an audition, a performance, or an on-camera role, you'll leave with tools to feel more confident, connected, and alive both on stage and on screen.
