Alpha One Firearms Training

This is a 4-hour hands-on participatory seminar focused on the basic use, carrying, presentation, striking, function, and maintenance of the ASP expandable baton.

Training Focus Areas Include:

1. Portation / Carrying
2. Presentation / Drawing
3. Striking techniques
4. Mechanical function
5. Maintenance

Students will learn simple, practical, and effective defensive tactics that may be used in appropriate force encounters. The course also incorporates drills that simulate the stress of real-world street encounters.

This course covers:

• Defensive impact weapon concepts
• Proper baton carrying and presentation
• Basic striking techniques
• Safe and effective baton use
• Mechanical function and maintenance
• Use-of-force considerations
• Documentation after baton use

Course Includes:

Certification and wallet ID card valid for 3 years through ASP-USA.
