Together, we’ll explore:
✨ Identifying your unique strengths as a preceptor
✨ Clarifying expectations for student commitment and professional behavior
✨ Defining your core values as a mentor and leader
✨ Creating non-negotiable value statements that support team culture and accountability
✨ Developing written expectations that can be incorporated into your student agreement
Participants will leave with:
âś” A clearer understanding of their mentorship style
âś” Four identified core values
âś” Written non-negotiable value statements
âś” A draft of student commitment expectations suitable for use in a preceptor agreement
Strong mentorship starts with clear expectations and shared values. This course is designed to help preceptors build sustainable, aligned relationships that support both student growth and professional integrity.
