The Luminous Egg and the fascia are two of the body's most fundamental organising systems — one energetic, one physical — and they mirror each other more closely than most people realise.

The Luminous Egg is dense vital webbing from creation itself, swirling into being around every new lifeform. It provides around 90% of our vital energy and sense of aliveness. But over time it picks up dents, tight bands, held traumas — from this life, from our ancestors — and these distortions restrict flow and hold conditioning in place at the deepest levels of our system.

The fascia does something very similar in the physical body. It absorbs the same conditioning into tissue, tightening muscles, locking emotional memory into holding patterns that can persist for years — sometimes decades.

The intention of this two part series is to bring healing and transformation to areas of the luminous egg and fascia holding conditioning - which often can be hard or slow to move.
