Congratulations on joining the Sourced Living network.
Your induction is the official launch of your business and has been designed with one clear objective:
Win your first Tenant Find instruction.
Over four practical, hands-on days, we'll equip you with the knowledge, systems, marketing and confidence to begin generating landlord enquiries and building a profitable lettings business from day one.
Rather than spending days immersed in legislation, our focus is on helping you launch your business successfully. Compliance and property management learning will continue throughout your journey via Able Agent and ongoing operational support.

Day 3 – Convert Enquiries into Instructions

  • Handling objections
  • Winning instructions
  • Building your contractor network
Day 4 – Launch Your Business
  • Nest practical workshop
  • Launching your marketing campaigns
  • Business Launch Presentations
By the end of the programme, you'll leave with:

What You'll Need
Please bring your laptop and charger with you each day. The programme is highly practical, and you'll be setting up systems, creating marketing campaigns and working on your business throughout the week.
Please note that the programme content may be refined from time to time to ensure it remains current and delivers the greatest value to our franchise network.
Attendance
This induction programme is mandatory for all new franchise owners.
Existing franchise owners are welcome to attend refresher sessions, subject to availability. Priority will always be given to new franchise owners.
Lunch will be provided on each training day.
Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your place at least 7 days before the start of the programme.
Cancellations made within 7 days, or failure to attend without prior notice, will incur an administration fee of £50 + VAT.
