This class will build on the basics of nonviolent communication (NVC), originally developed by Marshall Rosenberg, and how we may use five chairs to notice how we are receiving the messages within and around us.
Attendance at one Intro to Nonviolent Communication class is required before joining this class. The next class is on Saturday, August 8th from 1-4pm.
