Join us in person for a full day immersion into the fundamentals of Compassionate Communication
Learn and practice with others as we explore and apply skills, including:
- authentic self connection
- heartfelt honest expression
- empathic listening
- navigating challenging interactions
This session offers tools for remaining connected to ourselves and others, even in challenging situations.
Participants will learn and practice together with others who are also on a journey towards more heart-centered authenticity, connection, growth, and learning.
Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who would enjoy connecting more authentically and effectively with others, or who would enjoy deepening their self connection and self awareness, cultivating vulnerability, being more confident in speaking their truth, or connecting empathically with others.

We will cover a variety of topics in this training, including the building blocks of NVC.
