At Booty Babez, we offer a specialized glute-building and strengthening program crafted with safety, empowerment, and sense of community in mind. Our mission is to help women achieve their fitness goals while providing a supportive and motivating environment where they can thrive. Our workout programs include Glutes A for the first half of the week, Glutes B for the second half of the week, we offer Back and Booty and Upper Body and Abs as other class options as well as Open Gym hours.
Class structure:
A 45 min glute focused workout incorporating bodyweight movements and mini bands for added tension and resistance. The workout will include lower body movement patterns such as squat, lunge, hinge, etc and will follow a 2-block workout made of 4 different movements within each block and will be repeated twice. The workout will include a dynamic warm up and a cool down stretch.
