Vision Board Retreat - Creativity for Wellbeing Online is a chance to:

• Reflect on your past year, your challenges, triumphs, learnings and surprises
• Reconnect with your purpose, focus and values
• Create your own bespoke art piece to support you to connect with how you want to feel going forward.

You will complete the retreat with the visual reminder and some tools and insights to create meaningful action in your life going forward, connected to yourself and your inner and outer resources.

This retreat is a treat for you. Some time to be with yourself, your recent past, present and your desires for your future.

During the retreat you will be offered a selection of invitations for inquiry to support you to reflect and find meaning through art making. This retreat is facilitated by Amanda Scott, a masters qualified Creative Arts Therapist/ Arts Psychotherapist

Although this retreat can have therapeutic benefits, it is not a substitute for those needing more tailored individual therapy. If you have acute or complex mental health needs please get in touch for a referral for individual online support or to other suitable supports.

For the workshop, you are invited to gather some materials that you feel drawn to, for exploring with for the day. Even with simple materials you can make something meaningful.

- Paper, pencils, textas or pastels or a journal, (for writing, and for some initial activities)

-A large board for your vision board (could be cardboard, a canvas, a wooden board. I recommend around 12x16 inches, or around A3 - A2 size.)

- Paints, Scissors, Glue, textured or coloured paper, magazines you can cut up, any other craft bits you are drawn to, or images you have printed off. I can recommend officeworks, Kmart, $2 shops or craft shops, and riot art online has regular sales.
