Core Awareness Series
In these 90 minute classes, we will explore our abdominal area using a variety of different means, such as embodied anatomy, visualization, gentle movement and yoga poses with specialized props, designed to strengthen our mind/body connection. We will also explore the concept of moving from our core. As we learn to be and move more in sync with the way that our bodies were designed to move, we will discover more ease, more strength … the state of effortless effort. Each class will benefit the whole body as we highlight the core.
The four classes of the series can be taken individually for $25 each or the entire series for $80.
Mats are available at the studio and all the necessary props will be provided.
