TUESDAY: Intelligent Movement
This 45-minute intelligent movement class at 7:30am is designed to support total-body health, build consistency, and deepen our understanding of how to better care for the divine ecosystem we call the body. This session series will be held on the first and third Tuesday mornings of each month starting in JULY 2026.
Too often, people begin a new fitness or wellness routine with the best intentions, only to end up injured or discouraged along the way. Whether you're navigating a chronic condition such as osteoporosis or spinal pathology, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to refine your movement patterns and technique, this class is designed to help you move with greater confidence, awareness, and resilience.
One of the things I'm most excited about is that this class will grow with the community. Your feedback, interests, and goals will help shape the experience, allowing us to tailor each session to best support your needs. Please don't hesitate to share ideas, requests, or areas you'd like to explore.
