What to expect?

You'll arrive to the NExT Foundation and find yourself at DOOR 1 of 1111 N. 13th St, and 114 will be on your left upon entering the Mastercraft building. There is plenty of free parking!

We'll gather in NExT Foundation's space to collect a cup of tea, cushions and chairs to take to The Prairie, the outdoor area at Millwork Commons.

Bring your favorite cozy things to make your experience more comfortable: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask... we have floor pillows and seating for those who prefer to sit on furniture. We will some blankets and yoga mats on the premise as well.

We'll follow Jenelle outside at a designated area and follow the sounds of singing crystal sound bowls, tuned to specific frequencies, and creating a sound and vibration that offers a tranquil and restorative experience for mind and body.
