CPR & Babysitting Safety

Get the skills and confidence to keep kids safe! This hands-on course combines HSI-certified CPR & First Aid training with essential babysitting fundamentals — making it the perfect preparation for teens and young adults ready to start babysitting or strengthen their caregiving skills.

What You’ll Learn:

• Adult, child, and infant CPR (hands-on practice with manikins)

• AED awareness and use

• Choking response for all ages

• First aid basics for common emergencies

• Safe handling and care of infants and young children

• Age-appropriate activities and child supervision strategies

• How to handle emergencies and when to call for help

• Professional babysitting tips: communication with parents, setting expectations, and building a reputation

Who This Class Is For:

Teens (ages 11+), young adults, and anyone preparing to babysit or care for children. No prior experience required.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on skills practice. All training materials and certification are included.

Upon Completion:

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive their CPR/First Aid certification card, valid for 2 years.
