About the Evening

This is our summer send-off — and it's going to be a beautiful one. Runway at Dusk is an outdoor fashion show and fundraiser celebrating the amazing young designers of Columbus Fashion Academy Summer Camp 2026. The runway show runs 6:30–7 pm, followed by a full hour of fashion community time: eating, drinking, shopping, and soaking in a gorgeous summer evening together on the DAC's stunning riverside property. Arrive at 6 pm and enjoy the surroundings.

Light appetizers and popcorn are on us. VIP Front Row ticket holder receives 2 complimentary drink tickets. General Admission ticket gets 1 complimentary drink ticket — Choose between wine (red, rosé, or white), water, or lemonade. All food is complimentary.

Want to bring your own dinner? Please do. The grounds have beautiful spaces to settle into — some closer to the stone mansion on solid rock ground, others tucked under the trees on the ramp grass. Dress for the vibe that feels right to you: high heels, sandals, sneakers, whatever says "Im in love" will fit into our summer evening soire fashion wrap-up. There are a few picnic tables on the property, but not enough for everyone, so if a blanket is your thing, throw one in the car. However you show up, you'll fit right in.

Our Board of Directors is putting together some fabulous auction and raffle prizes, and we'll have a super fun boutique pop-up featuring vintage jewelry, accessories, and clothing, as well as handmade pieces made by young entrepreneurs for all ages — curated by TalkingFashion Archive. Come early, shop (opens at 6 pm), and celebrate circular fashion with us. All proceeds benefit our mission.

🎟️ Tickets — New This Year

A few important updates on ticketing:

• All guests must reserve some sort of a seat, including children. This is a full-house event.
• Early Bird pricing is available for anyone who books a month in advance (July 7th). Prices increase the next day, so reserve it now (or mark your calendar for 7/7 so you don't miss it.)
• Big things are coming this Fall: a new space, exciting new programming, and our very first participation in Columbus Fashion Week — two shows, September and October. It will be a big season, and we are here for it. Because of everything in motion, we won't be hosting our beloved CCAD Fall show. Runway at Dusk is it for 2026.

👗 For Models & Designers — Drop-Off & Arrival on Friday August 7th

• Drop-off window: 3:30–5:30 pm (we understand some families might have other camp showcases 3-4 pm, it's ok to drop off past 3:30 pm, if needed.) Keep us posted!
• If your fashion artist wants full hair and makeup on-site, plan to arrive earlier in that window. We have a wonderful beauty team to support their vision and give them a full backstage runway production experience. Fashion Designers and Models alike all LOVE backstage, it's crazy fun!
• If your child/teen is arriving hair and makeup ready, 5:30 pm arrival is perfectly fine. Just let us know your plan.

What to bring and wear:

• ✅ Come dressed in your design look(s), unless your garment was left with us at the end of your camp week.
• ✅ If we still have your garment(s), come wearing easy-change underlayers — leotards, shorts, undergarments, or any base layers the model intends to wear under their look
• ✅ Pack your runway shoes + hair brush. We don't provide those.
• ✅ Pack and bring all inside a labeled tote or bin with family name on it for personal belongings — this is your backstage home base and keeps everything organized. Although we bring hair tools and makeup supplies for all participants, some fashion artists like to use their own. It's up to them. That said, please label the makeup kit and anything else going backstage. It's very busy there. Unlabeled things can easily get mixed up and lost.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is free but limited — we have approximately 40 spots before overflow moves to the grass. Carpool if you can. It makes a real difference and keeps the evening running smoothly for everyone.
