Distance: ~15 miles

Elevation Gain: ~4500 ft

Bus or Drive: Drive, check with counselors for preferred starting location but most likely Elk Lake (~1 hr)

Trailhead: check with counselors - Elk Lake or North Fork of Boquet

There are a few routes to accomplish this hike. Our general preference is to start at Elk Lake and hike up Macomb to gain the ridge. From there, hike out to Grace Peak, crossing East Dix, and return to ascend Hough and Dix. Descent will either take you North through Hunter's Pass or West back down to Elk Lake. A big day with rewarding views!
