This training session is relevant to those in leadership that are involved in recruitment.

This training session will support managers and team leaders to confidently complete recruitment and onboarding activities in the new SAP system. Topics covered will include:

• • General Navigation to view current and pending job requisitions
  • How to raise a requisition request
  • Reviewing applicant applications
  • How to progress an applicant to the next stage
  • Scheduling applicant interviews
  • Progression for Preferred Applicants
  • Overview of Offer being made/accepted
  • Completion of Onboarding Tasks

Following the Recruitment and Onboarding overview we will also cover the below ECR (Employee Change Request) processes:

• • Change of Hours
  • Terminations
