Gain the skills and confidence to respond to emergencies with the American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED course. This comprehensive training program provides participants with the knowledge to recognize and care for a variety of first-aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies.

- Certification: Participants who would like to certify and complete the course will receive a 2-year Red Cross digital certificate.
What You Will Learn:
- CPR: Master high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of cardiac arrest.
- AED: Learn the safe and effective operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to improve survival rates.
- First Aid: Recognize and care for emergencies such as burns, cuts, sudden illnesses, and head, neck, or back injuries.
- Choking: Identify and provide immediate care for conscious and unconscious choking victims of all ages.
- Stop the Bleed: Learn critical bleeding control techniques, including how to use tourniquets, apply direct pressure, and perform wound packing to save a life during a severe bleeding emergency.
Training Format:
This instructor-led course combines lecture and video segments with ample hands-on practice. You will work with experienced instructors to practice life-saving skills on mannequins and participate in interactive scenarios to ensure you are ready to act when moments matter.
