Fall Retreat 2026

Join us for our first annual ABC Youth Fall Retreat October 9th-11th at the beautiful mountaintop retreat center of Eagle Eyrie in Lynchburg, Virginia. We'll spend a weekend exploring this year's theme together: Remember, Reflect, Renew.

This retreat is for 6th-12th graders and it will be spent remembering what has been, reflecting on who we are, and renewing ourselves for what's ahead. Will Raybon will be this year's proclaimer as we continue learning more about one another and how we will do life together in the years ahead.

While time to focus on our retreat theme is important, there's also room for fun. Be sure to check out the tentative schedule below and know that fun will DEFINITELY be had!

Friday

• 4pm - Meet at ABC*
• 4:30pm - Depart ABC
• 6pm – Dinner Stop
• 8pm – Arrive at Eagle Eyrie
• 9pm – Welcome
• 10:30pm – In Rooms
• 11pm – Lights Out

*If youth are engaged in sports or activities Friday evening, we will work on coordinating late arrival transport to ensure they are able to participate in the retreat.

Saturday

• 7:30am - Breakfast
• 8am – Morning Devotion
• 8:30am – Session 1
• 10am – Break
• 10:15am – Session 2
• 12pm – Lunch
• 1pm – Free Time
• 5:30pm – Dinner
• 6:30pm – Session 3
