 Kinetic West I Strategy Consulting for Lasting Impact has formed a partnership with Seattle Foundation to build a free nonprofit diagnostic tool – designed to help organizations quickly assess their own health and figure out what kind of support or structural change makes sense for them. One of the principals at Kinetic West, Aparna Rae, is a graduate of Interim Executives Academy Class #21. In order to construct the logic model, Aparna wants to understand how experts assess organizational health – not just what they look at, but how they think. The team is hoping to understand what signals matter most, when to dig deeper, and what questions reveal the most information in the least amount of time.  

At Third Sector, we believe the assessment tool being developed represents the kind of resource the Academy wants to offer its graduates. The data collected would not only satisfy the goals of the Diagnostic Phase but also begin to create a composite picture of the situations interim leaders are facing. We are inviting some of our most seasoned and experienced interims for a private information exchange to further help design this assessment tool.  We will welcome your voice and your experience into this conversation.
