Old Pueblo Defense

This course is an introduction to self-defense preparedness.

We will cover topics such as:

• legal considerations for self-defense;
• recognizing potential threats;
• early responses to deter unwanted contacts;
• options for ending unwanted contacts;
• considerations for when avoidance is not effective.

After this course, students will be better equipped to detect and avoid potential danger. Students will also have a better understanding of the training and skills that align with their personal safety plans.
