Community Yoga | Thursday, July 23, 7:00pm
This class is an open, welcoming space for all levels and all stages of practice.
Each week offers a thoughtful blend of movement, breath, and different styles of yoga, with options to deepen or soften depending on what your body needs that day. You'll be guided through foundational shapes and mindful movement while building strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after some time away, or have an established practice, you're invited to meet yourself exactly where you are. Variations and modifications are always offered so you can explore in a way that feels right for you.
Come to move, breathe, reconnect, and enjoy an hour of practice without pressure or expectation.
Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed) and a water bottle and wear comfy clothes.
Doors will open at about 6:50pm. Note that class begins at 7:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to set up your mat and get comfortable before start time.
