UvA Training - Student Services

UvA Study Abroad Month 2026: Discover how to find, choose and plan an internship or project abroad as a Faculty of Science student. Learn about the steps you need to take to make it possible.

How do you plan and organise an internship abroad? Or find a suitable research project?

In this session for Faculty of Science students, we will discuss how to start your search for a suitable internship or research project, how to use your (UvA) network, and how to select an institute or company. We’ll highlight practical considerations. Also, a fellow student will share their research abroad experience. And we'll finish with a Q&A, so you leave knowing where to begin and what to expect.

This session is part of SAM26, the UvA Study Abroad Month 2026.
