Sacred Women's gathering Soul Medicine Retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for nourishment, connection and inspiration.

Held in the beauty of nature, this intimate women’s retreat offers a space to slow down, receive, create and reconnect through body, creativity, ritual and community.

Together, we will explore the many forms of Soul Medicine, the practices, experiences and moments that nourish us deeply and remind us of the importance of caring for ourselves.

Through a blend of bodywork, somatic practices, sound, creativity, nourishing food, workshops and meaningful connection, we will create a supportive space for women to rest, reflect, release and experience the power of gathering together.

Important Information & Retreat Terms

Payment & Cancellation Policy

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit contributes towards venue hire, retreat preparation, administration and resources required to create this experience.

Due to the commitments required to organise the retreat, payments are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your attendance. If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring your place to another person, subject to approval and suitability.

Participant Responsibility

By attending Sacred Women’s Gathering, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take responsibility for your own health, wellbeing and personal experience throughout the retreat.

Please inform us of any relevant health concerns, injuries, dietary requirements or limitations prior to attending.

You are responsible for participating in all activities at a level that feels appropriate for your own body. Matriarch Medicine and retreat facilitators are not responsible for injuries, illness, loss or personal outcomes arising from participation.

Consent & Privacy

Participants may be asked to complete consent forms prior to the retreat, including acknowledgement of participation, wellbeing practices and any relevant health information.

Photography and video may be captured during the retreat for future promotional purposes. By attending, you will have the opportunity to provide photography consent or request that you are not included in promotional images.

Future Retreats

By joining Sacred Women’s Gathering, you may choose to receive updates about future retreats, gatherings and offerings from Matriarch Medicine. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

Food & Dietary Requirements

All meals provided throughout the retreat are wholesome, vegetarian and prepared using fresh, seasonal whole-food ingredients.

Please note that food may contain, or be prepared in a kitchen that handles, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds and other common allergens. While every reasonable care is taken during food preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination.

If you have any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs where reasonably possible; however, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be met.
