Join us for fun-filled Yoga & Mindfulness Camp days designed to keep your little ones moving, creating, connecting, and making wonderful summer memories!

Registration Options

Choose the days that work best for your family! Attend one day, multiple days, half days, full days—or any combination of the available camp times. Each Camp Day Includes:

🧘 Playful yoga classes filled with movement, imagination, and fun

💛 Mindfulness and social-emotional learning woven naturally throughout the day, with a focus on kindness, friendship, confidence, and emotional awareness

🎨 Creative art and hands-on activities

🌿 Outdoor play and exploration

☀️ Engaging summer-themed games, stories, and adventures

Children will stretch, breathe, play, create, and connect while learning yoga poses, calming techniques, and relaxation skills in a joyful, encouraging environment.

No previous yoga experience is needed—and there's no need for kids to be "zen!" Just bring a little one who is ready for fun, friendship, and a memorable summer experience. 🌈
