Airedale Training

. This SOM procedure has been prepared in line with the requirements of BS EN 13585 and BS EN 13134 It is for standard brazing for joints that are not classified as CATII and above

2. The Department Team Leaders/Managers request Brazer Training via the Airedale Training Manager.

3. Brazer Operator training and examination will be completed under the supervision of the Airedale Training Manager.

4. Oxy/Fuel Equipment Maintenance training will be implemented using the guidance within BCGA Code of Practice 7.

5. The test is to be carried out in a clean working area within the Training Centre.

6. The test should be completed within a one hour time period

7. The test sample must be fully capped to show an understanding of good refrigeration practice.
