This module provides essential mechanical knowledge for new production line employees, focusing on frame build and (V-coil) build.

It covers the fundamental skills you'll need to confidently assemble components, ensuring quality and efficiency. The training includes:

  • Tool Identification & Use: Learn to correctly identify and safely use basic hand tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches, essential for assembly tasks.
  • Frame Assembly Basics: Understand the process of constructing the main frame, including proper alignment, securing components, and performing quality checks.
  • V-Coil Integration: Gain practical experience with the delicate process of building and integrating the voice coil, a critical component for product function.
  • Grinnell training: learning to Work and Build Grinnell and understand The processes. Learning how to properly use a torque wrench and best practices

The training combines theoretical instruction with hands-on practice, preparing you to contribute effectively and safely to the production process.
