Join us for a joyful Yoga & Mindfulness Summer Camp! Each day includes:

• Two playful kids yoga classes each day focused on movement and fun
• Mindfulness and social-emotional learning woven throughout focusing on kindness & friendship
• Creative playtime and art in the Pre-K classroom
• Outdoor play!
• Fun, engaging summer themes and activities!
• Option for kids to join Camp Redwood for the remainder of the day--details and registration link to come!

Kids will stretch, breathe, create, and connect—learning yoga poses, deep breathing, and relaxation in a fun, playful environment. No prior yoga experience required and no need for kids to be "zen"—only a little one who is ready for fun and connection! 🌈

Interested in a Full Day option? We're considering adding a 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Full Day camp for this week. If you'd like this option, simply indicate your interest in the registration form. If enough families are interested, it will be available for an additional $200 for the week.
