Warren Forest Higher Education Council

The Elevating Nonprofits Program is a cohort-based leadership and organizational development program designed to strengthen Warren County nonprofit organizations through training, technical assistance, board development, grant readiness, and nonprofit best practices aligned with The Standards for Excellence®: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector.

Participants will gain tools and resources to strengthen their organization through:
✔ Leadership and board development
✔ Strategic planning and program evaluation
✔ Fundraising and grant readiness
✔ Financial management and operations guidance
✔ Public awareness, advocacy, and storytelling
✔ Legal compliance and ethical governance practices
✔ Up to 15 hours of individualized technical assistance
✔ Peer networking and collaboration opportunities

The program includes interactive sessions focused on mission and strategy, resource development, grant writing, leadership, finance and operations, public engagement, and nonprofit ethics.
