Balancing Innovation & Operations at Canada’s Colleges and Polytechnics

From coast to coast to coast, colleges, polytechs and institutes are under tremendous pressure to find new ways to support students, serve communities and build regional workforces—while maintaining fiscal viability against tremendous headwinds.

Achieving this outcome requires leaders to think creatively about the audiences they are engaging, the programming that attracts and retains them, and the needs of the communities they’re mission-bound to serving. But goals and reality aren’t always intertwined. Postsecondary institutions across the world are navigating the complexity of offering 21st century education solutions with legislative and operational environments designed in the agrarian age.

In this webinar, executive leaders from Canadian colleges will share some of the goals they have for innovation at their respective institutions, outline the obstacles standing in the way, and reflect on how they can draw a map to navigate from their established current state to their desired future state.

  • Hosted by Amrit Ahluwalia of Academica Group
  • Neil Fassina (President, Okanagan College)
  • Susan Cluett (Senior Vice President Academic, Fanshawe College)

Registrants will have exclusive access to the live panel event as well as a recording after the webinar is complete.
