Cyanotype Workshop with Artist Susan Plee - Elementary Students

Cyanotype Workshop with Artist Susan Plee - Elementary Students

Saturday, August 22, 11am-12:30pm
Maximum Students: 10, Pre-registration recommended, space is limited
Free

Cyanotype is the “original” sun-printing process, one of the earliest photographic techniques. This camera-less photo technique was discovered in 1842 and distinctive for producing rich, Prussian blue monochromatic prints. Artist, Susan Plee, will be displaying her cyanotypes in the Pocket Gallery in August and will share her process in this workshop. Students will be working outside on the Center for the Arts Patio on the corner of Phoenix and Broadway.

Supplies included.

This class is free, made possible by the South Haven Rotary Club. Pre-registration is recommended, because space is limited. This is a drop-off class (students are dropped off at the beginning of class and picked up by their adult at the end of class).

Please let us know if you need an accommodation.
