Adult/Masters DRYLAND Monday 6:30 to 8:30PM
Adult/Masters Dryland
Dryland training is very beneficial to divers, helping them improve their skill level dramatically. At dryland, divers will have the opportunity to use equipment such as our dryboards and trampolines to work on all aspects of their dives. It also gives divers an opportunity to focus on their technique with assistance as appropriate. Physical training is an important aspect of dryland training. Divers work on increasing and maintaining their flexibility as well as improving their physical fitness, focusing on the muscle groups used by divers.
Divers must be registered in the Adult LTD/Masters pool class in order to take this dryland class.
Monday Dryland classes from 6:30pm-8:30pm, September 21 to December 14 inclusive. NO CLASS October 12 (Thanksgiving)
Recreational diver insurance fee: In addition to registering for our classes/programs, there is a recreational diver insurance fee payable directly to Diving Canada/Dive Ontario (approx. $35, but subject to change). Families MUST register their diver as a KW Diving Club "Athlete - Recreational" within the Dive365 system, and pay the DPC/DO insurance fee directly through the system. This must be done prior to the first class, or the diver will not be allowed to participate until this registration is complete. The link into Dive365 for the 2026-27 season will be emailed to all registered families once KW Diving Club has been provided with it.
