A red dot is a visual tool. This class is about learning to use it that way.

This one-day course combines our PMO Fundamentals and PMO Performance material into a single full day on the range. We start with the foundation: confirming our zero, quickly and consistently finding the dot on the presentation, and building a draw that brings the dot to our eyes instead of making us search for it.

From there, we build on that foundation and pick up the pace. We let visual cadence set our rate of fire, work clean transitions between targets, shoot at varied distances, and learn to trust what the dot tells us. Throughout the day, the emphasis stays on what our eyes need to see, not on chasing arbitrary times.

By the end of the day, the goal is simple: the dot should feel like an asset instead of something we hunt for.

Who this class is for:

Anyone who carries, or plans to carry, a pistol with a mounted optic. Newer optic shooters will build a solid foundation, and experienced shooters will leave with a clearer understanding of how to drive the dot at speed. Students should be comfortable with safe gun handling and drawing from and returning to a holster.
