Spend a cozy evening making a piece that pulls a whole room together. In this beginner-friendly hand building class, you'll shape your own ceramic tray, roughly 12 inches — no wheel, no experience, just your hands and a little guidance. It's the kind of piece that works everywhere: corralling keys and candles on an entry table, holding rings and perfume on a dresser, or serving up snacks and drinks when friends come over.

Once it's built, you'll get to make it yours: paint it with underglaze in the colors and patterns you choose, and add texture or carved details along the rim. Keep it clean and modern or go bold and playful — no two leave the same.

Here's the part worth knowing: pottery is a slow craft. After class, we'll trim, glaze, and fire your tray in our kiln — a process that takes a couple of weeks but is exactly what turns soft clay into a durable, food-safe piece you'll use for years. We'll text you the moment it's ready to pick up, usually within 2–3 weeks.
