This course will be a three hour program focusing on getting adult women to feel comfortable around firearms so they will gain confidence and want to explore the world of shooting sports. Learning in a safe and controlled environment, students will be given a wide range of information on Firearm safety and Information such as;

• How to tell the difference between a real firearm and a toy
• Learning the basic parts and terminology of firearms
• Cartridge types
• How firearms work
• How to determine what ammo goes to what firearm
• Disabilities and the use of firearms
• Shooting opportunities for families
• What to do if you come across a firearm somewhere
• Information on carrying a concealed firearm
• How to store firearms and ammo
• Basic shooting techniques
