In addition to world-class diving, we will have amazing speakers, Try-Rebreather sessions, and free hands-on workshops: Trim & Buoyancy, D-SMB deployment, and more.
The Dive Talk family continues to grow, and we love spending time together in paradise, divers and non-divers alike, experienced or new, open circuit or closed circuit; even free divers are welcome. There is something for everyone, and we can't wait to spend a week with all of you in Curaçao!

FAQs:
Q: Do these prices include airfare?
A: No. We have attendees from all over the world, and it would be impossible to predict where everyone is flying from. If you register to attend the meetup, make sure you book your airfare separately as soon as possible. Once your airfare is booked, you'll be good to go since your Meetup registration includes: airport transfers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and non-alcoholic drinks, unlimited shore diving, and all the rest of the free Meetup activities.
Q: What does "Full Room and Board" mean?
A: Full Room and Board is defined as: 7 days (excluding alcohol), starting on the day of arrival at noon and ending at 11:00 am on the day of departure. All meals and beverages consumed outside of these times will be at the guests' own expense.

Q: I don't have any gear. Can I borrow or rent some gear?
A: Rental gear is available for a fee from the dive shop/operator on-site.

Q: Can I attend if I'm not a diver?
A: Absolutely! There is a $250 discount for non-divers. During registration, select your room package and indicate that the registrant is a non-diver. At checkout, add the NONDIVERDISCOUNT code to receive the $250 discount.

Q: Can I dive my rebreather? What's included?
A: Definitely! Sorb and Oxygen will be available for rebreather divers for a flat fee of $300. Make sure you bring your O2 bottle so it can be filled. Bailout bottles (AL80) will be available. Bring your rigging, and you'll be good to go. CCR Divers will dive rebreather profiles on shore diving only!

A: Absolutely!

Q: I'm not certified yet. Can I register right now as a diver and get certified before the meetup?
A: Yes, please! Make it your goal, and let's dive together!

Q: Can I just book directly with the resort and dive with you guys?
A: No. All diving at Coral Estate Luxury Resorts will be fully booked with Coral Divers exclusively for Dive Talk during the week of the meetup.

Q: Is there boat diving available?
A: Boat diving is available at $120 per person, per day for 2 tank dives.

Q: I attended the 2026 Meetup in San Pedro. Do I get special treatment as a repeat attendee?
A: OF COURSE! If you are a repeat attendee, you will receive 100 free tickets for prize drawings. We will validate your previous attendance with our records.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancel by December 31, 2026, for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations that occur between January 1, 2027 - February 19, 2027, will be eligible for a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations that occur between March 1, 2027 - March 31, 2027, will be eligible for a 25% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). We are unable to refund any fees past April 1, 2027.

Q: Can I fly in early? Or stay late? Can I add extra nights?
A: TREAT YO SELF! Email us at info@divetalkmeetup.com with any dates you would like to add to your meetup registration, and we will quote you for the extra nights. You can also add this information to your registration. Please note that if you arrive early or stay beyond the meetup closure date of June 26th, you will be responsible for your own airport transfer to and from the resort.

Q: I'm not a fan of beer or wine. Is there a full bar at Coral Estate Luxury Resort?
A: Yes. Korral Curacao is a beautiful rooftop bar with an extensive beverage menu for purchase.

Q: What currency is accepted in Curaçao?
A: The official local currency of Curaçao is the Caribbean Guilder (XCG), which replaced the older Netherlands Antillean Guilder (ANG), alongside the widely accepted U.S. Dollar (USD). The fixed exchange rate is roughly 1 USD to 1.79 XCG.

Q: Can I attend the meetup partially? I can only be there for a couple of days.
A: Technically yes, but space will be prioritized for full attendees. Email us at info@divetalkmeetup.com with your partial dates, and we will do our best to get you a spot for the nights you are able to attend.

Q: What other amenities are available at the resort? Where can I learn more?
A: Coral Estate Luxury Resort in Curaçao offers a saltwater infinity pool, multiple oceanfront restaurants, and a full-service wellness spa, with so much more locally.

Q: Will CCR/Sidemount divers dive recreational open circuit profiles from the boat?
A: If you elect to sign up for boat dives as a CCR/Sidemount diver, you will be subject to the profiles of Coral Divers. When you shore dive, you are welcome to do profiles within the limits of your training.

Q: What about kids?
A: Any children over the age of 2 years old require full registration.
