The Competency Matrix Qualification SOP (Rev 0, 11/16/2025) establishes a formal framework for assessing Airedale by Modine production staff, utilizing a 4-level grading system to measure proficiency from probationary (Level 1) to expert (Level 4) status. Lead hands and supervisors are responsible for conducting evaluations, with required assessments during probation and quarterly reviews to ensure task competency and manage updates to the training matrix.
