Walk in the footsteps of Gilbert White.
Join us for a 5.6 mile walk as we explore Selborne, home of Gilbert White, an 18th century naturalist. Gilbert White wrote the 4th most published book in the English language; a Natural History of Selborne. Parking is available in the pay and display carpark at Gilbert White’s house and there is also a 38 Stagecoach bus service available to Selborne from Petersfield and Alton. We will meet at the carpark at Gilbert White’s house at 10am. There is a cafe available at Gilbert White’s house for refreshments following the walk.
