Join us in Harrison Hot Springs October 2 and 3 for our 2026 Annual General Meeting and informative educational conference.

We start off with our Friday evening Meet & Greet from 7-9 pm.

Saturday morning begins with a deluxe breakfast at 7:30 am.

We will open the Conference with our AGM beginning at 8:35 am which will include elections for Directors, and presentation of the Financial Statements ending August 31, 2026.

Once that is out of the way, we will move into the rest of our meeting with:

• An update of what your Board and ED have been doing the past year;
• The introduction of the MHPOABC Awards program;
• Our own Margo Mallicoat will provide information on the Rent Incentive Program that her family uses in their parks;
• We have Amit Sidhu, an Economist for the BC Real Estate Association, who will provide a presentation on the state of the BC Real Estate Economy. Amit holds a BA from SFU and a MA from Queen's University. He brings expertise in economic analysis and policy development to the BCREA which supports Realtor professionalism and contributes to informed decision making with the BC real estate sector.
• After a hardy lunch, we will continue the day with Sharon Sutherland, Executive Director and Director of Research at Mediate BC. Sharon is a mediator and lawyer with a long history in conflict resolution and clinical mediation. She will be leading a 2 hour workshop on Conflict Resolution, providing our membership with tools to utilize in situations not only with Tenants, but in life.
• We will end our day with the always popular "open mic" for your questions, comments and general discussion of real time situations that affect our membership.
• As always we will have plenty of time for socializing with our Associate member sponsors and other park owners.

Deadline to register for the AGM/Conference is 1 pm September 25, 2026.

2026 Room Rates at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort are:

East Tower - $259.00 (majority of rooms are here)

West Tower - $249.00 (by the pools)

1 Bedroom Cottage - $329.00

Our Group booking code will be sent upon registration for the conference.

Deadline to book for group rate is September 1, 2026 (or earlier if limited rooms are taken)

Please see your registration confirmation email for instructions on booking your hotel room(s).

• Dog Friendly rooms are available for $30 per night additional fee in the West Wing or Cottages.

GST of 5% will be added to the conference cost.
