Inspire Training Studio

This course helps you understand and determine the necessity for advanced techniques by creating a foundational approach to addressing the tissue. You will learn a new approach for the delivery of deep tissue techniques and utilize terminology designed to communicate more effectively with the client during the session (as it applies to musculoskeletal dysfunction and how to restore normal function). We will also assess and address massage delivery postures and your body mechanics to minimize the long-term impact on your body and promote a long and healthy career!
