This program is designed to provide classroom and hands-on instruction for the proper and safe maintenance of the CINCINNATI Hydraulic Press Brake. All aspects of the CINCINNATI Press Brake—mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical—are addressed.

This training session will focus on the current PC Touch Screen Control version of Press Brake machines shipped since April 2001. However, we will provide ample time during the session to field questions concerning earlier versions.

🛠️ Supported Machine Models (For “At CI” Classes)

The Maintenance Training Program held at our facility is strictly available for the following press brake models:

• AUTOFORM +
• AUTOFORM X
• MAXFORM
• GOFORM
• HYFORM
• PROFORM +
• BASEFORM

(Note: For all other types of CINCINNATI hydraulic press brakes, training may be available onsite at your facility only. Please provide your model and serial number to determine if onsite training is available.)

📚 Course Topics

• Safety
• Introduction to the CINCINNATI CNC Forming Center software
• Routine maintenance procedures
• Perform basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment
• Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments

💼 Logistics & What is Included

Length: Three (3) Days

Included in your registration:

• Training manuals
• Daily transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Express (Harrison, OH)
• Lunch each day at local restaurants
• One company-sponsored dinner (Attendees order off the menu)
• Transportation to the Greater Cincinnati Airport (CVG) at the conclusion of the program

Not included (Attendee Responsibility):

• Air fare
• Lodging expense
• Transportation from Greater Cincinnati Airport to the motel upon arrival
• Any other meal expenses
