LCHS is developing its future approach to Performance and Development as we transition away from the current Annual Performance Review process and prepare for SAP SuccessFactors.

This workshop will focus on the organisational need before considering the proposed solution.

Participants will help explore:

• The problems the future approach needs to solve
• The purpose of Performance and Development at LCHS
• What success should look like for employees, leaders and the organisation
• How we could measure whether the approach is working
• What the name and language of the approach should communicate

This is a practical, interactive workshop involving small-group discussions and activities.

We are seeking a broad cross-section of employees and leaders from different roles, work areas, locations and workforce arrangements.
