GORUCK Community 5K Ruck

Join us for a fun, community-focused ruck designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're training for an event, looking for active recovery, or simply want to get outside with great people, this is the perfect opportunity.

Parking: Limited parking is available. Please carpool if possible.

Check-In: 7:00 AM

Mandatory Safety Brief: 7:30 AM

Step-Off: 8:00 AM

5K Course Cutoff: 10:00 AM

What to Bring (Required)

• A rucksack, backpack, or weighted vest (GORUCK Rucker recommended)
• Weight:
  • Men: 20 lb.
  • Women: 10 lb.
• Water (a Nalgene bottle or hydration system is recommended)
• Comfortable walking or trail shoes
• A positive attitude and a smile!

Whether you're an experienced rucker or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome. Come train with the community, enjoy the outdoors, and put in some miles together.
