This program provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction at your facility for the proper use, safe operation, and maintenance of CINCINNATI CLX Lasers. To help maximize the return on your equipment investment, we strongly recommend that attendees have prior metal cutting or maintenance experience.
🛠️ Covered Laser Models & Tracks Our onsite training programs are specifically tailored for your installed CINCINNATI CLX system. We offer flexible tracks depending on your shop's needs:
- Operator Training: Focuses entirely on process operation, programming, and safe part production.
- Machine Maintenance Training: Focuses on mechanical and electrical upkeep, as well as routine troubleshooting. (Please note: this does not include laser light source training.)
- Combined Operator & Maintenance Training: A comprehensive track combining both process operation and mechanical/electrical upkeep for cross-trained personnel.
💰 Pricing & Track Options
- 4-Day Operator Training: $9,000
- 4-Day Machine Maintenance Training: $9,000
- 5-Day Combined Operator & Maintenance Training: $12,000
- Note: Base pricing for the Operator and Maintenance tracks includes admission for up to 6 participants. Additional participants may be added for $250 each (maximum of 10 total participants per class). The Combined track includes up to 10 participants, which is the strict class maximum (no additional participants allowed).

- Maintenance and Adjustments, Technical Manual Overview, and Machine Systems
💼 Logistics & What is Included Included in your registration:
- Dedicated instruction from a certified CI Training Specialist on your shop floor
- All training manuals and materials
- Travel and living expenses for the CI Training Specialist
Not included (Customer Responsibility):
- The CINCINNATI CLX must be fully installed, powered, and operational prior to the Training Specialist's arrival.
- The facility must provide appropriate scrap/sheet material and gases for test cutting and hands-on exercises.
⚠️ SCHEDULING WARNING: Please do not finalize your onsite training dates until your machine installation is complete and fully operational. If the Training Specialist arrives and the machine is not ready for operation, training may need to be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
