Beatles Guitar Series
Description
This is a series of sessions for adult (18+) Beatles fans who have a basic or beginner knowledge of how to play the guitar and want to learn how to play and sing some songs together and maybe even learn some of the iconic Beatles harmonies!
We will be working on things like interesting chords, strumming patterns, rhythms, fingerpicking and adding embellishments like walk-downs and hammer-ons. As well as practicing how to play and sing at the same time.
Learners will ideally have at least some very beginner knowledge, a few chords and basic strumming skills.
As with other sessions offered by Sunflower Music School, the material and pacing of our gatherings will be tailored to the level, skill and interests of the participants. We will pick the Beatles songs best suited for the group!
If you do not have a guitar please do not worry – Guitars can be provided for the for the entire duration of the workshop for a cost of $40 (one-time fee).
