This program provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction at your facility for the proper use, safe operation, and maintenance of CINCINNATI Press Brakes. To help maximize the return on your equipment investment, we strongly recommend that attendees have prior metal forming or maintenance experience and familiarity with a Windows®-based operating system.

🛠️ Covered Press Brake Models & Tracks Our onsite training programs are available for all PC-controlled CINCINNATI HYDRAULIC Press Brakes. We offer flexible tracks depending on your shop's needs:

• Operator Training (3-Day or 4-Day):
      • The standard 3-Day training is recommended for Proform / Baseform / Xi models.
      • The 4-Day training is recommended for Autoform / Maxform / Goform / Xform models, as Bend Simulation is a standard feature.
• Combined Operator & Maintenance Training (5-Day): A comprehensive track combining both forming operation and mechanical/electrical/hydraulic upkeep for cross-trained personnel.

💰 Pricing & Track Options

• 3-Day Operator Training: $7,000
• 4-Day Operator Training: $8,500
• 5-Day Combined Operator & Maintenance Training: $12,000

Note: Base pricing for the 3-Day and 4-Day Operator tracks includes admission for up to 6 participants. Additional participants may be added for $250 each (maximum of 10 total participants per class). The 5-Day Combined track includes up to 10 participants, which is the strict class maximum (no additional participants allowed).

• Safety & Fundamentals of Forming
• Introduction to the CINCINNATI CNC Forming Center
• Bending Mode Selection & Programming
• Status Messages
• Gage Set-Up & Operating Techniques
• Extensive Hands-On Machine Operation

Maintenance Track:

• Introduction to the CINCINNATI CNC Forming Center software
• Routine maintenance procedures
• Performing basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment
• Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments

💼 Logistics & What is Included Included in your registration:

• Dedicated instruction from a certified CI Training Specialist on your shop floor
• All training manuals and materials
• Travel and living expenses for the CI Training Specialist

Not included (Customer Responsibility):

• The CINCINNATI Press Brake must be fully installed, powered, and operational prior to the Training Specialist's arrival.
• The facility must provide appropriate tooling and sheet material, as well as standard maintenance/test equipment, for hands-on exercises.

⚠️ SCHEDULING WARNING: Please do not finalize your onsite training dates until your machine installation is complete and fully operational. If the Training Specialist arrives and the machine is not ready for operation, training may need to be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
