This program provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction at your facility for the proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CINCINNATI Press Brakes. To help maximize the return on your equipment investment, we strongly recommend that attendees have prior machine repair experience, basic electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and familiarity with a Windows®-based operating system.
🛠️ Covered Press Brake Models Our onsite training programs are available for all PC-controlled CINCINNATI HYDRAULIC Press Brakes. This dedicated maintenance track focuses entirely on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic upkeep rather than forming operation.
💰 Pricing & Track Options
- 3-Day Machine Maintenance Training: $7,000
Note: Base pricing includes admission for up to 6 participants. Additional participants may be added for $250 each (maximum of 10 total participants per class).
🔧 Course Topics
- Introduction to the CINCINNATI CNC Forming Center software
- Routine maintenance and lubrication procedures
- Performing basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment
- Hydraulic and electrical schematic navigation
- Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments
💼 Logistics & What is Included Included in your registration:
- Dedicated instruction from a certified CI Training Specialist on your shop floor
- All training manuals and materials
- Travel and living expenses for the CI Training Specialist
Not included (Customer Responsibility):
- The CINCINNATI Press Brake must be fully installed, powered, and operational prior to the Training Specialist's arrival.
- The facility must provide standard maintenance and test equipment for hands-on exercises.
⚠️ SCHEDULING WARNING: Please do not finalize your onsite training dates until your machine installation is complete and fully operational. If the Training Specialist arrives and the machine is not ready for operation, training may need to be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
