This program provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction at your facility for the proper use, safe operation, and maintenance of older generation CINCINNATI Lasers. To help maximize the return on your equipment investment, we strongly recommend that attendees have prior metal cutting or maintenance experience, as well as familiarity with a Windows®-based operating system.
🛠️ Covered Laser Models & Tracks Our onsite training programs are tailored for your specific discontinued or legacy CINCINNATI Laser system. This comprehensive program covers the following models:
- CL-400 Series
- CL-5, CL-6, and CL-7 Series
- CL-707 and CL-7A(PC) Series
- CL-800 Series
We offer three distinct 4.5-day tracks depending on your shop's needs:
- Operator Training (4.5-Day): Focuses entirely on process operation, programming, and safe part production.
- Machine Maintenance Training (4.5-Day): Focuses on mechanical and electrical upkeep. (Please note: this track does not include laser resonator or beam delivery maintenance & alignment).
- Fanuc Resonator PM & Beam Delivery (4.5-Day): A specialized track covering the maintenance and repair of Fanuc 1500W to 5000W lasers, along with inspection, cleaning, and alignment of beam delivery.

- 4.5-Day Legacy Operator Training: $9,000
- 4.5-Day Legacy Machine Maintenance Training: $9,000
- 4.5-Day Fanuc Resonator PM & Beam Delivery Training: $9,000
- Note: Base pricing for each track includes admission for up to 6 participants. Additional participants may be added for $250 each (maximum of 10 total participants per class).

💼 Logistics & What is Included Included in your registration:
- Dedicated instruction from a certified CI Training Specialist on your shop floor
- All training manuals and materials
- Travel and living expenses for the CI Training Specialist within the United States and Canada
Not included (Customer Responsibility):
- Machine Availability: Due to machine availability, training for discontinued models must be completed at the customer's facility.
- Classroom Setup: The facility must provide a classroom area with a whiteboard and an LCD projector or TV.
- Machine Access: The CINCINNATI laser must be fully installed, powered, and operational. The facility must grant access to the system for a portion of each day (typically afternoons of the first four days and the entire fifth day).
- Materials: The facility must provide practice materials, including 16 ga. mild steel, to be used during the hands-on portion of the program.
⚠️ SCHEDULING WARNING: Please do not finalize your onsite training dates until your machine is fully operational. If the Training Specialist arrives and the machine is not ready for operation, training may need to be rescheduled at the customer's expense. A cancellation or service fee will be charged if the program is canceled within 6 weeks of the scheduled program date.
