Carlson Home Hospital In-Person Professional Development (PD) Workshop Registration

Carlson Home Hospital Teachers, please register officially for this special learning opportunity during your upcoming PD on August 11, 2026 at 3 PM.

This workshop, presented by Guitars and Ukes in the Classroom in collaboration with Carlson Home Hospital School, will teach and support you to make delightful music with students who have extensive physical, medical, expressive, motoric, and cognitive support needs. You’ll receive adaptive supplies and make responsive music in ways that improve students’ alertness, focus, engagement, self-expression, social interaction, and happiness! Drum, Shake, Strum, Sing, Compose, and Lead Music for Inclusion!

No previous experience is needed. Learning together and celebrating life are natural outcomes. We’ll be a big group and you’ll be sharing and exploring instruments in teams.
