👻🎃 Two-Part Halloween Pottery Workshop – Witches, Pumpkins & Spooky Creations! 🎃🧙‍♀️

Fancy getting creative and making your very own Halloween decoration? Join us for this fantastic two-session pottery workshop with local potters Fay and Joe from FJ Pottery.

📅 Tuesday 22nd September & Tuesday 6th October
⏰ 6.30pm – 9pm
💷 £70 per person – includes BOTH sessions

Session One – Create Your Spooky Piece 👻

Fay and Joe will start by showing you the basics of working with clay, including how to shape, build and construct your piece.

You’ll then have the choice of creating your very own witch or pumpkin – but don’t feel you have to stick to those! Fay and Joe are very open to helping you have a go at whatever spooky creation takes your fancy. Ghosts, monsters, creepy characters… bring your ideas along and see what you can create!

No previous pottery experience is needed, and Fay and Joe will be there to guide you throughout.

Once your creation is finished, FJ Pottery will take it away to be fired and prepared, ready for your second session.

Session Two – Bring Your Creation to Life! 🎨

Two weeks later, you’ll be reunited with your fired piece and get to see how it has turned out. Then comes the really fun part – painting and decorating it!

Choose your coloured glazes, add all those finishing touches and transform your creation into something completely unique, ready to take pride of place among your Halloween decorations. 🎃👻🧙‍♀️

IOnce you’ve finished painting, FJ Pottery will take your pumpkin away once more for its final kiln firing, which sets the ceramic colours and gives your finished piece its final look.

Your completed piece will then be returned ready for collection the following week. 🎃❤️

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

This is a two-part workshop, and your £70 booking covers both sessions. You must be available to attend BOTH Tuesday 22nd September and Tuesday 6th October.

The workshop is for ages 14+. Anyone under 18 must attend with an adult, and both the young person and accompanying adult need to book and pay for a space, meaning two places will need to be purchased.

Whether you make something spooky, scary, funny or downright weird, come along, get your hands in the clay and have some Halloween fun!
