ONSITE Press Brake Maintenance Training - Nucor
This program provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction at your facility for the proper and safe maintenance of your CINCINNATI Hydraulic Press Brake. All aspects of the CINCINNATI Press Brake—mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical—are addressed. This training session will focus on the current PC Touch Screen Control version of Press Brake machines shipped since April 2001. However, we will provide ample time during the session to field questions concerning earlier versions if applicable to your shop.
🛠️ Covered Press Brake Models Our onsite training programs are customized to your specifically installed equipment. Training is available for all CINCINNATI hydraulic press brakes, including but not limited to:
- AUTOFORM + / AUTOFORM X
- MAXFORM
- GOFORM
- HYFORM
- PROFORM +
- BASEFORM (Note: Please provide your exact model and serial number when scheduling so our Training Specialist can prepare the appropriate technical manuals and curriculum for your machine.)
📚 Course Topics
- Safety
- Introduction to the CINCINNATI CNC Forming Center software
- Routine maintenance procedures
- Perform basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment
- Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments

- Length: Three (3) Days
Included in your registration:
- Dedicated instruction from a certified CI Training Specialist on your shop floor
- All training manuals and materials
- Travel and living expenses for the CI Training Specialist
Not included (Customer Responsibility):
- The CINCINNATI Press Brake must be fully installed, powered, and operational prior to the Training Specialist's arrival.
- The facility must provide appropriate tooling, sheet material, and standard maintenance/test equipment for hands-on troubleshooting and calibration exercises.
⚠️ SCHEDULING WARNING: Please do not finalize your onsite training dates until your machine installation is complete and fully operational. If the Training Specialist arrives and the machine is not ready for operation, training may need to be rescheduled at the customer's expense.
